Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of GlowNest's control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

If we offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions, the applicable terms will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

GlowNest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details.

For packages damaged during delivery, please keep the original packaging and provide photos if requested so we can assist with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

At this time, GlowNest ships to Canada and the United States only.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international deliveries where applicable.
