Return & Refund Policy

At GlowNest, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the GlowNest Spa Face-Wash Headband & Wristband Set must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • Unwashed.
  • In its original packaging.
  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Because the headband and wristbands are personal-use items, opened, worn, washed, or used sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, GlowNest will cover the reasonable return shipping cost where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, worn, washed, or opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrive damaged.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos of the product, if applicable.

Please do not send an item back until your return request has been approved.
